Returns & Exchnage
Exchange for Damaged Products Only:
We offers exchanges only for customers who receive damaged or defective products. You are eligible for an exchange if the product they received is in a damaged or defective condition.
No Returns for Reasons Other Than Damage:
We does not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product damage. You cannot return items if You change Your mind or do not like the product.
Reporting Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact our customer support team with a clear description of the damage, images of the damaged product and a Courier Opening Video to initiate the exchange process.
Refund for Unavailable Exchanges:
If the same product is not available for exchange due to stock unavailability or any other reason, the we will provide a refund for the damaged item.
Refund Initiation Within 48 Hours:
If the same product is not available for exchange and you are eligible for a refund, in such circumstances we will issue a refund within 48 hours of the damaged product being returned to our office address.
